Аннотация:
Экономическая и политическая науки, в силу изначально заложенных в них ограничений, самостоятельно и независимо друг от друга не могут комплексно объяснить, в каких случаях и почему происходит распад государств, дробление экономического, в том числе валютного, пространства при наличии значимых предпосылок к поддержанию его единства, а также в чем заключается рациональность поддержания функционирования валютного союза при отсутствии в этом экономической целесообразности. Автор пытается найти ответы на эти вопросы, анализируя внутригосударственные процессы в рамках постнеклассической рациональности с применением инструментария международной политической экономии. Ключевые выводы исследования заключаются в том, что преимущественно внутренние проблемы, разрешение которых лежит в экономической плоскости, подталкивают страны к состоянию, близкому к имплозии. При этом распад государства и последующая дезинтеграция единого экономического пространства требуют проявления политической воли внутри страны (группы стран), а также поддержки со стороны международных акторов. Автор обращает внимание на тот факт, что лидеры государств в процессе принятия стратегически важных решений в отношении экономической дезинтеграции руководствуются политической рациональностью, зачастую не учитывая экономическую резонность. Экономический анализ и оценка, как правило, проводятся с целью обосновывать уже принятое политическое решение. Полученные результаты теоретического исследования обусловливают дальнейший более глубокий анализ дезинтеграционных процессов, происходящих в настоящее время как на постсоветском пространстве, так и в Европейском союзе или других региональных интеграционных объединениях.
