Аннотация:
В статье на примере блокчейна демонстрируются возможности постинституционализма — нового поколения методологий и теорий институционального анализа, альтернативных новой институциональной экономике. На основе теории трансакционной ценности доказано, что радикальное снижение трансакционных издержек блокчейн-технологиями не приведет к ликвидации посредников, а переориентирует их на повышение качества трансакций и расширение предложения дополнительных (в том числе гиперрелевантных) трансакционных услуг. При помощи теории институциональных ассамбляжей аргументирована невозможность формирования гомогенной системы блокчейн-институтов, базирующихся исключительно на принципах децентрализации, прозрачности и открытости. Институциональная система блокчейна будет иметь органично гибридный характер, сочетая элементы противоположных институциональных логик — нормативного и алгоритмического права, рикардианских и смарт-контрактов, частных и публичных систем, неконтролируемости и арбитража. Тем самым выводы неоинституциональной теории блокчейна (Davidson et al., 2018) опровергнуты с постинституциональных позиций.
