Аннотация:
В статье рассматривается эволюция взглядов западных ученых на проблему криминальной экономики. Показаны этапы становления и развития современной экономической науки в области исследования криминальной деятельности, поведения и экономической мотивации преступников. Рассмотрена трансформация существующих моделей и развитие методологических принципов исследования криминальной экономики от абсолютной рациональности преступника до эконометрических моделей, учитывающих обширные факторы социально-психологической среды. Дан обзор применения экономических методов в криминологии в их взаимосвязи с экономическими теориями и научными школами, а также отдельно анализируется трансформация содержания самого термина «криминальная экономика» в работах зарубежных исследователей.
Полученные результаты позволяют расширить методологическую базу исследования современной криминальной экономики за счет использования междисциплинарного подхода. Новый взгляд на проблему современной криминальной экономики, тесно интегрированной в официальную экономику и трансформировавшейся от грабежей до участия в транснациональных криминальных потоках с задействованием высокопоставленных чиновников, возможен лишь с учетом пересмотра имеющегося опыта исследований и с задействованием философских, социологических и психологических подходов, характерных для работ периода становления современной экономической науки.
