МЕЖДУНАРОДНЫЙ АУТСОРСИНГ КАК ИНСТРУМЕНТ ПОВЫШЕНИЯ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ РОССИЙСКИХ КОМПАНИЙ: РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ ЭМПИРИЧЕСКОГО ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ

Аннотация:

Данная статья посвящена эмпирической оценке влияния международного аутсорсинга на эффективность деятельности российских компаний. Для оценки показателя международного аутсорсинга в работе использован подход Финстры и Хансона, в соответствии с которым данный показатель рассчитан  в узком и широком смыслах. Оценивание  базы данных, включающей  показатели деятельности 5398 российских компаний за период 2005–2008 гг., показало наличие устойчивой статистически значимой зависимости между значением индекса международного аутсорсинга и эффективностью российских компаний. Кроме того, было выявлено, что использование между- народного аутсорсинга ведет к росту эффективности для группы более производительных фирм в отрасли; для группы менее эффективных фирм полученные результаты не являются устойчивыми.
