Аннотация:
Актуальность обращения к экономическим подходам формирования индексов цен связана с необходимостью постоянной корректировки методов оценки таких статистических показателей. Адаптация методологии и методик расчета индекса потребительских цен в меняющихся условиях (потребительских предпочтений и моделей поведения, появления новых товаров и пространственной дисперсии цен на потребительском рынке), представляя собой часть текущей работы международных организаций и национальных статистических служб, опирается на теоретические концепции, лежащие в основе индексов цен. В данной статье мы рассматриваем основные направления экономической теории статистики цен, которые развивают идеи дистанцирования и сопряжения рассчитываемого индекса потребительских цен и индекса стоимости жизни, представляющего теоретическую концепцию поведения потребителя в условиях рыночной экономики. Обобщение и систематизация экономических подходов к индексам цен позволяют определить перспективные направления развития индексной теории для целей улучшения качества рассчитываемых показателей.
